Dear Potential Seller/Buyer,
We are writing to express what a pleasure it was to work with John Stacy in the selling of our condo. His honesty, professionalism, and knowledge fo the market are impressive. We are extremely happy that we decided on John Stacy when we interviewed agents.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with a discount broker prior to speaking with Mr. Stacy. For almost two months this discount broker produced a total of two leads who were interested in seeing our condo and we had spoken with this a agent a total of one time... when we first listed with him! The lack of communication this prior discount broker provided was just unacceptable. Luckily we were able to go our seperate ways.
John Stacy is the polar opposite of that discount broker! He communicates with you throughout the entire process, sometimes on a daily basis. If you have a question, call or email and you will recieve a reply within an acceptable amount of time. John's marketing strategy is second to none! When we say the flier he produced for our condo, to say we were impressed is an understatement. It was, by far, the most professional looking marketing flier we had seen from ANY Real Estate agent. We even had neighbors who were selling their properties comment on how much nicer our marketing piece was compared to theirs! Bottom line is that John actually OVER delivered on the promises he made as far as marketing is concerned.
Another thing that impressed us about John was that he does not "BS". He will tell you the straight truth. We are not the type of people who like to be told something because it sounds good. We want the facts presented to us and John doesn't have a problem doing that, which we respect.
We would like to end this letter by saying that John Stacy did in less than a month what the discount broker couldn't do in two... he SOLD our condo. But more importantly, he did so while keeping us in the loop the entire time. We can not recommend John Stacy enough when it comes to selling your property. He does what he says he will do... believe it!
